Contact us for a "Return Authorization" (RA). Return authorizations granted will be at the customer's expense, and must be done within 3 days upon recieving the item. Please purchase delivery confirmation and insurance for any items authorized for return, as items damaged or lost in shipping will not be credited.

A credit of the returned amount will be applied, less all shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.

Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Any packages which are returned by UPS or the USPS, for any reason, whether due to an incorrect address or a receiver having moved will be refunded the invoice amount less a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs.

All returns must be accompanied by the following.

  • Be in the original packaging complete with all materials and accessories such as cases, straps, cables, care kits, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, manuals, and any other materials that originally shipped with the instrument.
  • Include a return authorization number.
  • Be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings, or scrapes on the instrument or other materials.

No Retruns on the following:

Reeds. Harmonicas, Pitch Pipes, Mouthpieces, Recorders, Any instrument or accessory you put in your mouth, Software, Clothing, Print or Sheet Music (unless defective and will be replaced), Clearence Items.

Damaged Shippents:

If your order has been damaged in shipping, you should contact the carrier that delivered your package. Please hold on to the damaged merchandise, the box, and all the packing material. The shipper will determine if the damage is their fault, and will contact both of us with the outcome.
